Mateusz Molęda initially started to play the piano at the age of seven and studied later at the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien in Hanover in the class of Arie Vardi, considered one of the most distinguished piano teachers of the world, who also serves as conductor of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra for more than twenty years.
He continued his studies also in the area of historical keyboard instruments with the cembalo and fortepiano in cooperation with Zvi Meniker. In addition, the world-renowned conductor Marek Janowski is having profound influence on his artistic development. From 2012 to 2014 he was Principal Guest Conductor of the Lima Philharmonic Orchestra in Peru.

The concert was broadcast live by the 2nd German television channel ZDF with over eight million spectators. Mateusz Molęda conducted for the first time an orchestra at the age of nineteen.
Over the past years, he guest conducted renowned orchestras in more than 15 countries of the world, among others in Germany, Poland, Spain, South of Korea, as well as in South Africa and various countries of South America.
