The firm was first established in 1947 by Doctor Delfin Jorge Carballo.
Always following its main aim - enterprises full assistance, in 1970 Carballo & Asociados merged with the economic firm named "Schenzle & Asociados", so giving birth to "Schenzle, Carballo & Schulz - Jurídico Económico". The permanent and continuous growth of the firm and the consideration of several strategic factors have brought in the split-up of the legal area from the accounting and tax departments.
As consequence of this split-up, the law department, from October 1st, 1994 onwards, has been acting under the present denomination, "Carballo & Asociados", keeping a close relationship with the ex-partners of the accounting and tax departments belonging to the firm subject to the split up.
