Career
He played during one season at the major league level for the New York Yankees. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 34th round of the 1989 amateur draft out of Pepperdine University. Howard played his first professional season with their Rookie league Great Falls Dodgers in 1989, and his last season with the Pittsburgh Pirates" Triple-A affiliates, the Nashville Sounds, in 1999.
