He is a sculptor who creates humorous works out of everyday materials. His art has been compared to that of Tom Friedman and Charles Ray for its innovative manipulation of objects. His first solo show was in New York City in 2004, less than a year after receiving his Masters of Fine Arts degree from University of California, Los Los Angeles
