Career
Thomson has been involved in shooting for many years, beginning his career as a school boy with the Watsonian shooting club under the watchful gaze of his family, who have a distinguished history within Scottish shooting. While at university, he was involved with the University of Edinburgh rifle club as well as maintaining his link with Watsonians. Thomson is involved with both the Scottish and Great Britain squads, where he has recently been rewarded with a professional contract.
