Career
Joined North Mayo Militia, 1861, which afterwards became 6th Bat. Connaught Rangers; Major, 1884. Lieutenant-Colonel commanding, 1885.
Granted Honourable rank of Colonel 1886. High Sheriff for Company Mayo, 1864. ; D.L. Justice of the Peace; retired 1897; Justice of the Peace Cos. Mayo and Galway; D.L. Company Mayo.
