Career
He was Minister of City Affairs under Nicolas Sarkozy in the third François Fillon government, in charge of the Grand Paris project between November 2010 and May 2012. He was reelected Deputy for the Loir-et-Cher department in June 2012. On September 2012, he became the spokesman of the Union of Democrats and Independents created by Jean-Louis Borloo.
