Career
His work has appeared in publications such as Drawn and Quarterly, Time, Gentlemen’s Quarterly, Vogue, Cosmopolitan and Wallpaper, as well as in the books American Broadcasting Company Book: A Homoerotic Primer, Sex Tips from a Dominatrix, Mensroom Reader and Vellevision. Vellekoop attended the Ontario College of Art and Design from 1982 to 1986. He is openly gay.
