Career
His most noted work is "Forgotten Voices of the Great War" and "Forgotten Voices of the Second World War" both in association with the Imperial War Museum. He has presented two television documentaries: The Brits Who Fought Foreign Spain (2008-2009), for The History Channel United Kingdom and "Dambusters" for Optimum Releasing. Arthur was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) in the 2013 New Year Honours for services to military history.
