Maxim Baev graduated from the Faculty of Law of Voronezh State University in 1993.
Since 1993 Maxim Olegovich has been a lecturer, associate professor and full professor at the Department of Organization of Judicial Power and Law-Enforcement of Voronezh State University. Simultaneously, since 2005, the head of the law firm Baev and Partners of the Voronezh Regional Bar Association.
Maxim Baev is the author of about 60 works including such books as "The Tactical Basics of a Defense Counsel in Criminal Proceedings" (Voronezh, 2004), "The Tactics of Criminal Prosecution and Professional Defense Against It" (Moscow, 2005, jointly with O.Y. Baev), "Theory of professional protection" (Moscow, 2006).
