Worked at Craig and Shepherd (Chico, California) specializing in Civil and Trial Practice including Business, Insurance Defense, Employment Discrimination and Wrongful Termination, Probate, Professional Liability, Corporate and Criminal Law. (1932-1996)
The firm combines the experience of four trial litigators in matters as diverse as defending professionals, employers, and contractors to business and personal injury cases throughout the Sacramento Valley area. Selected business, probate, and criminal representations are also undertaken.
As general counsel for one of the largest air tanker providers in the United States the firm demonstrates its capabilities in dealing with complex business concerns.
The firm also handles litigation defense for counties and other governmental bodies. Recently, several environmental law and land use cases have also been successfully concluded.
