Kyatari began her career in the Kannada soap opera Ashwini Nakshatra. She became very famous and a household name through the same until she debuted in the Kannada movie Krishna Leela. She was also an Anchor for 4 years during her career in the industry.
In 2015, Mayuri entered the Kannada film industry.
She first signed for the Kannada Drama film Krishna Leela. The movie was successfully completed in 100 days and gave her the fame enough to be casted for Nagathihalli Chandrashekhars next film Ishtakamya opposite to Vijay Suriya along with Kavya Shetty.
She has also planned to work with Sharan in a movie called Natraj Service under Puneeth Rajkumar Production.
