In 2009 Melissa started Networlding Publishing, created as a result of her bestselling book by the same name. Networlding Publishing, a ghostwriting, turnkey book creation and book marketing organization exclusively focused on helping "making-a-difference" thought leaders such as Orlando Ashford, CEO of Holland America Cruise Lines, Billy Dexter, Diversity partner at Heidrick & Struggles, and Joseph Bradley, Chief Digital Officer of Cisco to name just a few. Melissa found that she could make the biggest difference by following her "Power-of-Ten" Networlding process.
To this end, Melissa assists thought leaders in ghostwriting, developmental editing, publishing, launching, and marketing strategy and support for their books. Her clients have included people like the head of diversity for Hewitt, the president of Holland Cruise Lines, the head of a division of Allstate, the head of HR for the NBA, a seven-time Inc. 500 entrepreneur and thought leaders from many small and mid-sized companies around the world. She mentors up to ten college students yearly helping them learn the world of publishing.
