Worked at Rosenberg Levinson Yanay Keren-Polak (Tel Aviv) specializing in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Taxation, Securities, Real Estate, Investments, Contracts, Torts, Probate, Trusts and Estates, Immigration and Naturalization, Family Law, Sports Law. Admitted to the bar, 1966. Lecturer on Commercial Law, Israel Bar Course.
Former Director, Deputy Minister's Bureau Ministry of Interior. Former Chairman, Ethics Committee, Israel Bar Association (Northern District). Appointee to Panel of Arbitrators (Court and Bar Appointee).
Author: Articles on Jewish Law and Commercial Law, Hebrew University Faculty of Law Quarterly Review, 1964-1965. Member: Israel Bar Association. George A. Rosenberg, who had practised law in Montreal, Canada, prior to immigrating to Israel in 1968, founded the firm together with Menachem Levinson in Haifa in 1969, and it was then known as Rosenberg & Levinson.
Raphael Yanay joined the firm in 1981, and Orit Keren-Polak in 1990.
