AMIRASLANOV, Meybali was born in 1902 in village Balagasanlu, Azerbaydzhan.
Graduated Stalin Steel Institute, Moscow.
Deputy, USSR Supreme Soviet of 1954 convocation. Deputy, Azerbaydzhan Supreme Soviet of 1955 and 1959 convocation. After graduation assist, chief engineer, then chief engineer in various Leningrad building organization.
Later Director, machinebuilding plant in Azerbaydzhan. 1938 Azerbaydzhan Deputy Popular Commissar of Local Industry. 1939 Azerbaydzhan Popular Commissar of Textile Industry.
