Background
Frampton was born in Nashville, Tennessee to English rock and roll musician, Peter Frampton, and Tina Elfers. She has one half sibling, through her mother, named Tiffany Wiest, and two half siblings, Jade and Jullian Frampton, from her father"s previous marriage.
Career
She is the namesake of a ballad that her father wrote for her titled "Mia Rose". Settling in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2000, and although born into rock and roll, Mia had had a traditional upbringing. At the age of 5, Mia took her first ballet lesson and has pursued the arts
In the summers of 2005 through 2007, Mia attended a musical theater program at University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music, starring in a production of Annie and attended the Interlochen Center for the Arts Summer Camp.
After attending a year at the prestigious Cincinnati School for the Creative and Performing Arts in 2008, Mia set her sights on Hollywood and never looked back. In addition to her roles on screen, Mia Rose is also a prolific songwriter, singer and plays acoustic and electric guitar.

Frampton next appeared in the Judd Apatow film, Bridesmaids, followed by a supporting roles in the indie film G.B.F., alongside Sasha Pieterse of Pretty Little Liars, and the feature film Tammy, handpicked by star Melissa McCarthy herself.
