He has also coached college basketball teams. Shrewsberry is credited for helping lead the Purdue Boilermakers to 8.74 turnovers per game, a nation-leading effort. Shrewsberry joined the Celtics just before the 2013-2014 National Basketball Association season.
Shrewsberry graduated from Cathedral High School.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Hanover College and a Master"s degree in sports management from Indiana State University.
