Stock was born in Dayton, Ohio, and grew up in Oakwood. He is a graduate of the Conservatory of Theater at State University of New York at Purchase. He appeared in two Terrence McNally plays, And Away We Go at The Pearl Theatre Company in 2013, and lieutenant"s Only a Play on Broadway.
He has also appeared in the Amy Herzog play 4000 Miles at the Long Wharf Theater.
He has appeared on television in the short-lived series Pan Am and Deception. Nominations and 2015 Tony Award Nominee (Best Featured Actor in a Play, "lieutenant’s Only a Play").
