Career
Neider obtained a law degree from Brigham Young University. Neider married Rosemary Curtis in the Salt Lake Temple in 1971. The couple are the parents of eight children and reside in Sandy, Utah, where Neider career has been as an executive in his own construction-materials manufacturing business.
Neider has also served in the church as a bishop and stake president
At the April 2004 church general conference, Neider was accepted by the church as second counselor to Charles West. Dahlquist II in the general presidency of the Young Men organization. Dahlquist and his counselors were released in April 2009.
Neider later served as president of the church"s Las Vegas Nevada Mission from 2011 to 2014.
