Career

He served in Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 1950-1951. Member of faculty, McGill University, Montreal, since 1952.Professor of Political Science, McGill University, since 1963.

R.B. Angus professor political science, McGill University, since 1993. Founder of Shastri Indo-Canada Institute, 1968, president, 1969,70. Visiting professor of political Science, University of Chicago, 1963.

Visiting professor international relations of Hebrew University, Jerusalem, 1970-1975; University of California, Berkeley, 1979; Stanford University, 1980.
