Michael Dikman

Michael Dikman was born on October 23, 1936 in Jamaica, New York, United States, to Leo and Dorothy (Meyerson) Dikman.

Education

In 1958, Dikman received a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from Cornell University in 1961.

Career

Dikman worked at Dikman and Dikman, specializing in General Civil Trial Practice. He was admitted to the bar, 1961, New York. He also was a moderator and speaker at Seminars on New York Equitable Distribution Law at Queens County Bar Association in 1980-1996. From 1966-1967, he worked as anssistant District Attorney at Queens County. Dikman also was a Small Claims Court Arbitrator in 1969, and a chairman at Committee on Entertainment in 1965-1990, chairman at Family Law Committee in 1972-1978, 1984-1994, 1995. The firm was formed in 1961 and now consists of three generations of family members: Leo Dikman, a retired Family Court Judge.
