Education
Michael Geppi attended North Harford High School, graduating in 1993. He received his Bachelor of Surgery from Towson University in 1997, then his Master of Public Administration in 2004 from the University of Delaware. Geppi later earned an Master of Business Administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
