Career
He has been politically active since he as a 14-year-old joined the Young Liberals and the Liberal Party in Randers. In subsequent years he held various positions within these organizations. Thus, he became the youngest mayor ever in Denmark.
Since the 2011 Danish parliamentary election Michael Aastrup Jensen has been spokesman on cultural affairs and Information Technology.
