He is 2.07m (6 ft 9 ½ in) tall. He can play at the power forward and center positions. Paragyios began playing basketball with Aris Glyfada.
During his pro career, he has played with: Ionikos Nikeas, Ilysiakos, Maroussi, and Panionios.
Since 2014, he plays in Ethnikos Piraeus.
