Vice president Union Trust Company of Providence, Rhode Island, 1899-1908. President National Exchange Bank of Providence, 1908-1925. Chairman of the Board, 1925-1926, bank purchased, 1926, by Industrial Trust Company, of which was vice-president and director until early in 1934, when resigned both offices.
