Michal Cekovsky

Career

After one year with the Canarias Basketball Academy, Čekovský committed to Maryland in 2014. He was named the most promising young player in the Slovakia national championship in the season 2010/2011. On June 24, 2011, he signed a contract with the Serbian team Partizan Belgrade.

Achievements

• With the club Považská Bystrica from Trenčín Region, he won the junior national championship of Slovakia for 2010/2011 season, and with senior team he came to the semifinals of the national championship of Slovakia.

Membership

Michal was a member of the U16 Slovak National team at the 2009 European Championship Division Bachelor in Portugal.
