Career
He signed for Shamrock Rovers on 6 November 1931 from Fordsons. Mick was the first League of Ireland goalkeeper to keep a clean sheet for Ireland. However a serious thigh injury forced him to quit England and after a short spell at Brideville F.C. he returned to Rovers in 1936.
