He was signed by the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent in 2013. He played college football at Pittsburgh. He was selected to the The Associated Press Pennsylvania Class American Association of Advertising Agencies All-State First Team.
He was a Division I prospect in both football and basketball while at Norwin High School.
