1955 USSR Academy of Science delegation Indian Science Conference. 1958-1959 Deputy Chief Learned Secretary, USSR Academy of Science. Member, Editor Board, journal “Vestnik akademii nauk USSR” (Herald of the USSR Academy of Sciences).
1958 Chairman, Committee International Relations, USSR Academy of Science. 1959 delegation at World Conference of Science Workers, Warsaw. Chief scientific secretary of the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences, 1962. Works on the exploitation of more deposits.
