Deputy chairman, Galician Revol Committee. Political Bureau member, Central Committee, Communist Party Galicia. Represented Galician Socialist Soviet RepubI at 1920 Soviet-Polish Peace Conference.
After Civil War various exec Parly and government posts. Arrested by State Security organs.
