9 November 1941-June 1943 Deputy People’s Commissar of Defense and commander, USSR Anti-Aircraft Defense Forces. 1943-1945 commander, Anti-Aircraft Defense Forces, Western, Northern and Centr Fronts. 1946-1948 again commander, USSR Anti-Aircraft Defense Forces.
After 1948 exec posts in USSR Ministry of Defense. From 1954 in retirement. Deputy, USSR Supreme Soviet of 2nd convocation.
