1920-1922 member, Leningrad Group of State Commission for Electrification of Russia (“GOELRO”). 1922-1933 science education work. Since 1924 lecturer; for many years Head, Chair of Power Engineering, Molotov Engineering and Economics Institute, Leningrad.
During World War II Director, Leningrad electrical supply.
