Mikhail Rudakov, USSR Lieutenant-general, political officer.


Rudakov, Mikhail was born in 1905.


Graduated from the Lenin Military-Political Academy, 1938.


Joined the Red Army, 1923, and the Bolshevik Party, 1926. Political officer during World War II. After the war, in charge of political control in the Personnel Department of the Armed Forces. After the Khrushchev thaw, demoted to political work in universities, 1956-1969.


No religious basis is needed in order to display ethical behavior.


The emphasis on peaceful coexistence doesn’t mean that the Soviet Union accepted a static world with clear lines. Socialism is inevitable and the "correlations of forces" were moving towards socialism.
