Mikhail Timoshechkin was born on November 26, 1925, in the Vasilyevka village, Novokhopersk district, Russian Federation.
In 1952, Mikhail graduated from the Moscow Correspondence Pedagogical Institute (now Sholokhov Moscow State University for Humanities).
In 1941-1942, Mikhail Timoshechkin worked on a collective farm, at a machine and tractor station. In 1948-1949, he was a secretary of district committees of the All-Unions of Communist Youth. In 1949-1951, Mikhail Timoshechkin was a student of the Central Komsomol school under the Central Committee of the All-Union Leninist Communist Youth Union in Moscow. In 1951-1953, he was an employee of the newspaper "Komsomolets of Transbaikalia" in Chita. In 1967-1976, the instructor of the District Committee of the CPSU in Moscow.
