Manchevski, Milcho was born on October 18, 1959 in Skopje, Macedonia, Yugoslavia. Son of Aleksandar and Vasilka Mancevski.


Student, University Kiril i Metodij, Skopje, 1978—1979. Bachelor in Film & Photography, Southern Illinois University, 1983.
