Second secretary Chinese Embassy, New Zealand, 1967—1973, lst secretary Seoul, 1978—1984. Section chief Ministry Foreign Affairs, Taipei, 1973-1975, deputy director consular affairs, 1984-1987. Section chief Government of Taiwan Republican' General’ s Office in Thailand, Bangkok, 1975-1978.

Government of Taiwan representative to Sweden Taipei Trade Tourism and Information Office, Stockholm, 1987-1990. Taiwan representative Fiji Trade Mission of Taiwan, 1990-1993. Director general Records and Data Processing Minister Foreign Affairs, Taipei, 1993-1996.
