Career
After graduating from Ministry of Justice's Law School became a judicial officer. While serving in Osaka Misao Inoue founded the first law school in Kansai district to teach French Law, was the predecessor of Kansai University (1886). He was chief judge at the trial of the Osaka case (1887). After retiring returned to his hometown (1891).
