Lecturer in psychology Patna College, 1965-1966, T.N.B. College, Bhagalpur, Bihar, 1966-1975. Assistant professor Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, West Bengal, India, 1975-1984, professor psychology, since 1984, head humanities and social science department, 1985-1988.
