Background

BULATOV, Mitkhat was born in 1907 in Tobolsk Rayon, Tyumen Oblast.

Education

1934 graduated Leningrad Institute of Public Utility Engineering.

Career

Worked for various Moscow planning and design organization. Did designs for planning and reconstruction of Samarkand, Ferghana and Kokand. Designed: a stadium to accommodate 50,000 people.

Uzbek Minister of Agriculture building. Uzbek Academy, of Agriculture Science building, etc.
