Mr. Kurokawa is an author and illustrator of children’s books. He has also worked at protecting author’s copyrights at Japanese Board on Books for Young People.
Mitsuhiro Kurokawa has illustrated numerous children's books. A visit to the Tyrrell Museum in Alberta inspired him to bring the world of dinosaurs alive for children.
His second book to be translated into English, Dinosaur Valley, follows a small Orodromeus dinosaur through a typical day in the late Cretaceous period as she shepherds her “chicks” and encounters many other species, from flowers to dinosaurs.
