Graduated from Physical Department of Tokyo University in 1926.
Career
Served as skiokutaku (professional associate) and engineer of Aeronautical Research Institute of Tokyo University. Became chief of General Affairs Section and then chief of 1st Department of Chuo Doryoko Kenteijo (Central Weights & Measures Inspection Station) of Commerce & Industry Ministry and thereafter became director of Chuo Keiryo Kenteijo (Central Measuring Inspection Station) of Kogyo Gijutsuin (Board of Industrial Technique) (since 1950).
