Mitsuru Ishii graduated from Political Science Department of Tokyo University (1917). Later studied in USA.
Career
Mitsuru Ishii worked at the Transportation Ministry, and at the Electricity Bureau of Tokyo Municipality. With recommendation of Bunshiro Suzuki, he became president of Nippon Publishing Association. Is Honory Principal of the Seika Gakuen, Director of Waseda High School.
