Career
He played as midfielder for FK Loznica, FK Mačva Šabac, Drina Zvornik, Omonia Aradippou from Cyprus, from Finland, Football Club Naousa and Kastoria F.C. from Greece. Milinkovic played in the position of central midfielder but could also operate as a central defender. He started his career in Serbian clubs FK Gučevo, Mačva Šabac.In 1988 he went to Bosnia where he played for Drina Zvornik.
After a brief spell in Serbian First League, second Serbian tier, club FK Loznica and he went to play in Omonia Aradippou from Cyprus.
He played in Veikkausliiga for (1998–2000,2001). After that, he played with Naousa Football Club (2000) and Kastoria F.C. (2002).
Finished his career in FK Radnički As coach.
