Career
He is the younger brother of Mohammad Saleh Bhutani (caretaker Chief Minister of Balochistan). He entered politics in 2002. Bhutani received his early education from his native village, then moved to Hyderabad for higher education.
In Hyderabad, he passed his Secondary School Certificate.
He did his graduation from the Karachi University. He had many government jobs, including Police chief, Anti-Narcotics Force and Federal Investigation Agency.
He served for Deputy Speaker of Balochistan Assembly for five years. On 8 April 2008, he became of Speaker Balochistan Assembly.
