Graduated from Lafayette High School - Lexington, Kentucky United States of America ("93), Studied Physical Therapy ("97), Telecommunications & Data Management (2000), Business Management (2000) in the University of Kentucky. Studied & lived in Lexington, Kentucky, United States of America, and spent a large part of his professional career traveling in Latin America & Asia, before settling in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 2005.
He is the second of seven children to Ali Abdallah Addarrat & Fatima Senoussi. Married to Halema Mohamed Aduib in 2000, has 4 children Ali (9), Fatima (7), Arwa (4), Omar First Rate (at Lloyd's)-Mukhtar (1). Ali Abdallah became a leader within the Libyan in exile, served in the Executive Committee of The General Union for the Students of Libya (GUSL) from 1992 to 1997.
Edited the GUSL magazine "Martyrs of Libya" during the "90s.
Appointed to the NFSL"s Permanent Bureau in 2002, and later to its Executive Committee in 2004. He was elected as the Deputy Secretary General of the NFSL in 2007, serving with Mr.
Ibrahim Sahad. He was responsible for the NFSL"s operations inside Libya from 2004 until the 2011 Libyan civil war.
He was media representative for the group. Joined Lexmark International in 1997, a Fortune 500 United States based Information Technology corporation that produces printing technology & solutions.
Worked within its Information Technology group until 2005, before participating in the setup of Lexmark"s subsidiary in the Middle East in 2006. Promoted to the post of General Manager for Lexmark International Middle East in 2009.
Ali Abdallah joined the National Front for the Salvation of Libya at a very young age in exile, and became one of its young protégéson
Worked as part of First Rate (at Lloyd's)-Inqad magazine publishing team, as well as part of the Radio Broadcasting team, and member of a musical group that produced patriotic songs about Libya.
