From 1981 to 1984 Mohammed worked as a microbiologist in the Ministry of Health Central Laboratory in Amman, Jordan. In October 1984 he became a director of Medical Laboratory in Battikhi Medical Laboratory in Jordan.
On September 1, 1990, Mohammed worked as an Assistant Professor in Al Israa University in Jordan. He held this position eight years.
In 2000 he became an Assistant Professor at the Hashemite University in Jordan. In March 2007 Mohammed became a consultant in Medical Laboratory in Jordan.
Since January 2011 Mohammed works as a private consultant-microbiologist in Canada.
Mohammed married to Zain Hussein Lambaz on December 10, 1953.
