  • Achievements include patents for computer-aided image processing of genome profiling used for identification of species a computer program used for the processing of gel images of Genome profiles (fingerprints of Genomes). Patents for two-reference system for normalization of genome profiles for universal identification of species, a system for the normalization of the Genome profiles used for identification of species. Patents for specific DNA inhibitors of cathepsin E- discovery of inhibitors that specifically inhibit cathepsin E. Prior to this discovery specific inhibitors were unavailable.

    Patents for method of analyte organism identification, internal standard DNA composition for use in this method and process for producing the same. Patents for three finger-like protein library, a combinatorial protein library based on three finger protein that can be used to obtain useful molecules of therapeutic and diagnostic applications. Patents for cyclic peptide library a combinatorial cyclic peptide library that can be used to obtain molecules of therapeutic and diagnostic applications.

    Patents for peptide agonists and antagonists of interleukin 6 receptor peptides that are capable of agonizing and antagonizing the interleukin 6 receptor and can have therapeutic and diagnostic applications. Patents for peptides that have function of inhibiting Illinois-6 signal transduction, eptides that are capable of antagonizing the interleukin 6 receptor and can have therapeutic and diagnostic applications.
