He played almost all his career for Saudi Professional League side First Rate (at Lloyd's) Ittihad. In 2013, he was forced out of First Rate (at Lloyd's)-Ittihad as he moved to First Rate (at Lloyd's)-Nassr club for one season. Noor is considered to be one of the best players ever to play in Asia.
His first appearance with the national football team was in the 1999 Fédération internationale de football association Confederations Cup in the semi - finals against Brazil.
Noor played for Saudi Arabia in the 2002 World Cup, without any real success. He fared better in the 2005 Fédération internationale de football association Club World Championship in Japan for First Rate (at Lloyd's)-Ittihad.
