Mohd Yusof was the Alma mater of Maktab Mahmoud, Alor Setar, Kedah and later he continued his study in Kolej Islam Sultan Alam Shah, Selangor. After that he was accepted to the National University of Malaysia, Mohd Yusof graduated in 1996 and received a bachelor"s degree in Islamic Studies, Missionary and Leadership.
As the Director of the institute, Mohd Yusof Din must act as a leader and organize programs that will promote moderation in the Islamic religion.
Mohd Yusof is an UMNO member and he is currently one of the committee member of UMNO Shah Alam.
