Engineer, Nanjing Research Institute of Electronics Technology, 1956-1980; senior engineer, Nanjing Research Institute of Electronics Technology, 1980-1986; professor, Nanjing Research Institute of Electronics Technology, since 1987. Invited researcher National Laboratory of Antenna and Microwaves, Nanjing, since 1992.
